Requirements

  • •Enthusiasm for rail freight transport and digitization
  • •University degree in MINT, business informatics, or comparable training
  • •First experience as a business analyst or IT project manager
  • •Knowledge of IT requirements engineering and software engineering
  • •Initial experience in process analysis and modeling using standard methods
  • •Experience with agile working methods in IT projects
  • •Analytical, structured, and conceptually strong working style
  • •Distinctive, economical, and process-oriented thinking
  • •Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
  • •Willingness to make occasional business trips
  • •Hands-on mindset with AI productivity tools

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

  • •Analyze business logic and processes
