- •Very good understanding of social media trends, creator economy, and platform algorithms
- •Strong network of influencers or agencies
- •Business-fluent Italian (C2 or native speaker) and good English
- •Analytical mindset paired with creativity and organizational talent
- •Independent, structured, and proactive work style

- •Implement a holistic influencer marketing strategy for Italy
- •Identify and select influencers from micro to mega
- •Manage long-term partnerships with influencers
- •Plan, manage, and execute campaigns on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
- •Negotiate terms and manage contracts and budgets
- •Brief influencers and ensure content quality
- •Analyze, monitor, and report on campaign performance
- •Collaborate closely with Social Media, Content, and Performance Marketing teams
