- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Tasks
- Advise managers and employees on HR and labor law matters
- Support full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding
- Contribute to modern HR systems and process development
- Support and improve existing HR concepts and initiatives
- Strengthen employer branding and HR marketing efforts
- Administer HR systems for absence and training management
- Generate and analyze HR reports and data
- Support personnel development and HR controlling processes
- Manage interns and working students within HR
- Participate in HR projects and process optimization
Education
- Bachelor's degree
