- •Knowledge of Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics
- •Ability to explain technical concepts simply
- •Hands-on experience in data preparation, modeling, and SQL
- •Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- •Experience in stakeholder engagement and process modeling
- •Interest in AI and its applications
- •Resilience and persistence in long-term projects
- •Fluency in Python for data analysis
- •Understanding of Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence architecture
- •Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or SAS
- •Willingness to travel across Germany
- •Comfortable working with remote teams
- •Fluency in German (B2 or higher) and good English
