Description

In this role, you will engage with suppliers to ensure procurement needs are met while troubleshooting any supply issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve preparing RFQs, reviewing quotations, and managing supplier relationships to support organizational goals.

Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Engineering, or Science from a reputable university
• •Abundant internship experience
• •Limited to 1 year of career experience preferred
• •High level of professional fluency in Korean and English
• •Advanced social skills for persuasion and influence
• •German/EU work visa and driving license holder
• •Accustomed to European business culture and local customs
• •Ability to travel frequently and navigate within Europe and Korea
• •Excellent communication at all levels
• •Networking and interpersonal skills

Tasks

• •Prepare and issue RFQs and POs to suppliers
• •Review supplier quotations and create sales offers for internal customers
• •Maintain and develop strong relationships with external suppliers and forwarders
• •Troubleshoot supply issues through on-site visits to suppliers
• •Manage multiple supplier categories and conduct sourcing activities
• •Source and evaluate new suppliers based on TQRDC criteria
• •Initiate development projects and drive commercialization through competitive supplier proposals
