Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
  • Experience in Buying, Category Management, or Account Management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinking and commercial understanding with strong negotiation potential
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive, hands-on attitude with a collaborative mindset
  • Sense for trends, consumer behavior, and brands in Home & Living

Tasks

  • Identify and acquire new brand partners
  • Onboard new brands to expand category assortment
  • Manage a portfolio of Kitchen & Dining brands
  • Ensure strong commercial performance of brand portfolio
  • Identify growth opportunities using AI and automation
  • Develop long-term relationships with brand partners
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions
  • Foster strategic alignment for mutual success
  • Collaborate with Category Management
  • Support Supply Chain Management
  • Work with Marketing and Campaign teams
  • Track and analyze market trends
  • Provide administrative support

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

  • English – Business Fluent
