- •Minimum 2 years mutual fund distribution experience
- •Desirable wholesale client contacts in Germany/Austria
- •Strong understanding of asset classes and markets
- •Basic understanding of Private Markets
- •Foundational knowledge of regulatory landscape
- •Remarkable service orientation and communication skills
- •Experience maintaining client relationships
- •Confident, persuasive, and committed approach
- •Solution-oriented with high initiative and adaptability
- •Ability to think and act conceptually
- •Integrity, professionalism, and team-player mentality
- •Fluent German and English proficiency
- •Proficiency in MS Office and PowerPoint
- •Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce
- •Familiarity with GenAI tools like ChatGPT

- •Coordinate with internal departments to deliver client service
- •Meet all regulatory and reporting requirements promptly
- •Record all client activities accurately in the CRM tool
- •Maintain high engagement to achieve team sales targets
- •Handle organizational and technical inquiries from distribution partners
- •Organize and manage Requests for Proposals
- •Create tailored sales and product materials
- •Execute in-person and digital sales events
- •Conduct product presentations for selected clients
