Requirements

  • Interesse an Financial Modelling und Lernbereitschaft
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Stakeholder-Management
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung mit Power BI, Argus oder ESG-Tools von Vorteil

Tasks

  • Bei Markt-, Standort- und Wettbewerbsanalysen unterstützen
  • An Cashflow-Modellen, Businessplänen und Forecasts mitarbeiten
  • Präsentationen, Reports und Entscheidungsvorlagen erstellen
  • Daten für Due Diligence sammeln, strukturieren und prüfen
  • Mit externen Dienstleistern zusammenarbeiten
  • KPI-Analysen (Vacancy Rate, ESG, Cashflows) unterstützen
  • Datenräume und digitale Tools/Dashboards pflegen

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
