- •1–2+ years experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or related field
- •Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
- •Basic understanding of iOS and Android UX patterns
- •Good working knowledge of Figma
- •Interest in AI tools and workflow integration
- •Ability to structure information for UX writing
- •Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback
- •Good self-organization and reliability
- •Curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
- •Fluent German and English
- •Ideally first experience within a design system

Tasks
- •Design specific user journey segments for web and mobile
- •Ensure cross-platform consistency with the team lead
- •Create UX solutions following iOS and Android guidelines
- •Apply platform-specific patterns and constraints to designs
- •Prototype ideas rapidly using AI tools
- •Explore interaction patterns and validate early concepts
- •Draft German and English UX microcopy
- •Prepare research documentation and usability test reports
- •Link research findings to product decisions
- •Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers
- •Translate user feedback into improved experiences
- •Maintain structured Figma files using design system components
- •Prepare clear, developer-friendly technical specifications
