  • •Build trust-based relationships while representing the company's interests
  • •Manage joint venture governance and reporting obligations
  • •Prepare board materials, agendas, and decision papers
  • •Coordinate pre-reads, minutes, and follow-up actions
  • •Navigate differing stakeholder interests and coordinate escalations
  • •Align strategic priorities between project teams and partners
  • •Support budgeting and performance tracking
  • •Validate financial models and monitor covenants
