You will lead complex clinical research projects by managing client relationships, budgets, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery while driving operational excellence across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• •Minimum college diploma, degree, and 3-5 years relevant experience
• •Substantial on-going training
• •People management experience
• •Management of global, multi-centre, investigator-initiated clinical trials
• •Exceptional communication and time management skills
• •Minimum seven years related work experience
• •Three-year College Advance Diploma or Degree in relevant field

Tasks

• •Act as the primary client liaison
• •Manage project budgets and negotiate changes
• •Plan and execute all project meetings
• •Develop site and patient recruitment strategies
• •Create stakeholder training and project reports
• •Assign and monitor interdisciplinary project tasks
• •Manage project resources and contingency plans
• •Improve project efficiency and work quality
• •Ensure adherence to professional standards and SOPs
• •Lead, mentor, and coach team members
• •Prioritize workloads and delegate tasks effectively
• •Establish delivery metrics and communication standards
• •Assist with RFP and bid defense processes
• •Review and approve project scopes and tools
• •Oversee critical paths and provide manager feedback
• •Manage hiring, performance evaluations, and staff development
