Requirements

  • •Completed studies in business informatics, economics, or comparable training with relevant professional experience
  • •Experience in managing service providers for complex IT services, including escalation management
  • •Extensive knowledge of project and process management tools and methods
  • •Professional experience in IT service management or IT provider management with IT outsourcing contracts
  • •Experience in managing projects related to key performance indicators and processes from analysis to implementation
  • •Strategic and structured way of working, negotiating skills, and high degree of assertiveness
  • •IT affinity with strong consulting, problem-solving skills, and analytical business understanding
  • •Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

Bachelor's degree

Tasks

  • •Manage internal and external IT service providers
  • •Define control-relevant KPIs independently
  • •Communicate with IT service providers
  • •Monitor management-relevant KPIs
  • •Derive preventive and corrective measures for target failures
  • •Track over- and underperformance
  • •Serve as the communication and escalation interface
  • •Provide operational quality support for IT services
  • •Develop and conduct performance dialogues with IT service providers
