Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in transport management ideally in healthcare or cold chain environment
  • •Experience working with IT systems and cross-functional project teams
  • •Team management or team leadership experience
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
  • •Project and vendor management experience with proven ability to deliver results
  • •Strong communication and relationship-building skills with willingness to travel
  • •Fluent spoken and written English, German preferred, Dutch an advantage

  • •Manage Transportation Management Systems (TMS) for European cold chain operations
  • •Align business and IT teams on priorities
  • •Ensure local needs are reflected in regional strategies
  • •Coordinate system implementations and upgrades
  • •Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • •Lead and motivate cross-functional teams for project delivery
  • •Monitor vendor performance and manage technology partner relationships
  • •Support business planning and budget control
  • •Identify and solve operational and system challenges
  • •Collaborate with teams across Germany, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, and Eastern Europe
  • •Manage transport technology platforms and support operations
