- Operate technical landscapes to ensure stable business operations
- Coordinate and support customer software maintenance and upgrades
- Resolve critical issues and lead high-severity root-cause analyses
- Execute capacity planning and performance benchmarking exercises
- Drive improvements to landscape stability and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal units on customer-specific topics
- Act as a trusted advisor and customer advocate
