- Störungen und Fehler analysieren und beheben
- Windows-Clients installieren, imagieren, patchen und Software verteilen
- Standortbezogene IT-Infrastruktur und Applikationen betreuen und administrieren
- Im globalen IT-Team mitarbeiten
- 1st- und 2nd-Level-Tickets qualifizieren, priorisieren und bearbeiten
