Requirements

  • •Degree in computer science or comparable technical qualification
  • •Relevant professional experience in Microsoft 365 services
  • •Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams
  • •Confidence in PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and Power Apps
  • •Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and governance concepts
  • •Familiarity with security and compliance requirements, particularly ISO 27001, Purview DLP, and audits
  • •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • •Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Vocational certification

Work Experience

approx. 1 - 4 years

Tasks

  • •Ensure reliable operation of the Microsoft 365 platform
  • •Develop and maintain governance and permission concepts for Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • •Automate workflows and processes using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
  • •Meet information security and compliance requirements, including ISO 27001
  • •Utilize Purview DLP and sensitivity labels for data protection
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders on new AI use cases
  • •Support the rollout of AI initiatives within the company
  • •Conduct training sessions and workshops on Microsoft 365 tools
