- Monitor backup and restore processes with Arcserve
- Administer Synology storage and access rights
- Support the maintenance of OPNsense firewalls
- Monitor system performance and security measures
- Maintain the 3CX telephony system
- Create technical and user documentation
- Test and roll out new hardware and software
