Requirements
- Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administrator role
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
- Experience in ticket-based support environment with focus on SLA adherence and user satisfaction
- Hands-on experience using MDM solutions for device deployment and inventory management
- Competence in administering Google Workspace and supporting common startup tools
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence from an agent/admin perspective
- Familiarity with basic office network troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of security best practices
- Basic ability to develop Bash/PowerShell scripts and willingness to automate
- Excellent verbal and written English skills with ability to explain technical concepts
Tasks
- Maintain IT infrastructure across office locations
- Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting technical issues
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
- Manage physical and digital inventory of IT assets
- Administer user access and identity via SSO and IdP solutions
- Support management of workplace tools like Google Workspace and Slack
- Create and update internal knowledge base articles and guides
- Assess and implement new workplace applications and tools
- Oversee procurement and distribution of IT hardware assets
