Requirements

  • •Proven track record in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administrator role
  • •Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows
  • •Experience in ticket-based support environment with focus on SLA adherence and user satisfaction
  • •Hands-on experience using MDM solutions for device deployment and inventory management
  • •Competence in administering Google Workspace and supporting common startup tools
  • •Familiarity with Jira and Confluence from an agent/admin perspective
  • •Familiarity with basic office network troubleshooting
  • •Strong understanding of security best practices
  • •Basic ability to develop Bash/PowerShell scripts and willingness to automate
  • •Excellent verbal and written English skills with ability to explain technical concepts

Tasks

  • •Maintain IT infrastructure across office locations
  • •Serve as the primary contact for troubleshooting technical issues
  • •Execute onboarding and offboarding processes for new employees
  • •Manage physical and digital inventory of IT assets
  • •Administer user access and identity via SSO and IdP solutions
  • •Support management of workplace tools like Google Workspace and Slack
  • •Create and update internal knowledge base articles and guides
  • •Assess and implement new workplace applications and tools
  • •Oversee procurement and distribution of IT hardware assets
