Requirements
- Hands-on, security-minded IT professional
- 3–5 years corporate IT, IT security, or IT operations experience
- Ideally experience at startup or scale-up (50–200 people)
- Hands-on MDM experience: Kandji, Jamf, or Mosyle
- At least one full ISO 27001 implementation or audit-support cycle
- Solid experience with IdP / SSO platform (Okta, JumpCloud, or Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with compliance platform (Vanta or Drata)
- Comfortable configuring and troubleshooting office networks (Ubiquiti, Cisco Meraki, or similar)
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated environment
- Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset
- Fixing root cause of issues
- Strong communicator
- Translate security requirements into plain language
Tasks
- Ensure secure, reliable working environment for all employees
- Support company’s security and compliance posture
- Enable company scaling with reliable access controls
- Protect sensitive data through identity and endpoint security
- Make security seamless for employees
- Provision and manage employee devices
- Handle daily IT support tasks
- Maintain hardware asset inventory
- Set up and maintain meeting room AV equipment
- Support ISO 27001 compliance program
- Manage compliance platform (Vanta)
- Update security policies with Engineering leadership
- Support external auditors with evidence and controls
- Run phishing simulations and security training
- Identify and report security gaps and risks
- Provision and deprovision SaaS tool access
- Configure and enforce SSO/IdP settings
- Conduct regular access reviews
- Manage vendor and tool access policies
- Oversee Berlin office network
- Maintain network documentation
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Manage ISP relationships
- Manage Cloudflare Zero Trust for remote access
- Operate MDM platform (Kandji)
- Monitor endpoint security alerts
- Ensure device compliance across the fleet
