IT Support - Digital Workplace(m/w/x)
Near-desk IT support for Apple devices and remote deployments in Munich. Several years of IT support experience required. Remote work from outside Germany up to 6 weeks/year.
Requirements
- Several years of IT Support/Administration/Digital Workplace experience
- Strong hands-on Apple device expertise in professional environment
- Experience managing remotely deployed devices at scale
- Solid knowledge of MDM solutions (Jamf, MEM, Workspace ONE)
- Practical experience with at least two: Microsoft 365, Okta, Slack, Atlassian, Miro
- Experience with ticket-based systems and service mindset
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions
- Comfortable being sole local IT support, collaborating remotely
- Experience with scripting and automation (Bash, PowerShell, workflows) is a strong plus
- Clear and confident communication skills in English (C1) and German (C1)
- Diverse backgrounds welcome, even if not all requirements met
Tasks
- Own IT support for the Munich office
- Serve as primary IT contact for Munich
- Provide near-desk support for incidents
- Offer hands-on support for service requests
- Resolve workplace issues
- Manage SaaS tools like Okta
- Support Microsoft 365
- Administer Slack
- Handle Atlassian tools
- Manage Miro
- Oversee device deployment
- Maintain devices
- Manage device replacements
- Process device returns
- Handle employee onboarding
- Manage employee offboarding
- Enable IT for new employees
- Ensure Apple-focused workplace setup

- Collaborate on equipment setup
- Coordinate office IT needs
- Contribute to IT initiatives
