- •Experience troubleshooting and configuring Windows and iOS
- •Ability to lift and set-up equipment
- •Experience troubleshooting Windows 7 and 10
- •Experience troubleshooting Mac OSX (Advantageous)
- •Skills in new system deployment
- •Resolution of hardware and OS errors
- •Symantec, SCCM, and Bitlocker troubleshooting skills
- •Knowledge of printer configurations
- •Experience with software installations
- •Conference and meeting software support skills
- •Remote access support skills
- •Mobile device configuration and deployment
- •Knowledge Base Article management skills
- •Security request and vulnerability investigation skills
- •Fluent German and English language knowledge
- •Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- •Knowledge of hardware and diagnostic skills
- •Experience in computer systems (Ideally)

Tasks
- •Provide desktop and laptop support for Windows and Mac systems
- •Troubleshoot and configure Windows and iOS devices for end users
- •Document IT problems thoroughly with close attention to detail
- •Install and maintain local area networks and operating systems
- •Perform preventive maintenance and test hardware components
- •Evaluate system configurations to optimize hardware resources
- •Ensure positive customer experiences during user interactions
- •Manage tickets and escalations daily using ServiceNow
- •Deploy new systems including imaging and data migration
- •Resolve hardware driver conflicts and operating system errors
- •Troubleshoot Symantec, SCCM, and BitLocker encryption
- •Configure local and networked printers
- •Support conferences and troubleshoot meeting software
- •Provide remote access and mobile device support
- •Manage and revise Knowledge Base articles
- •Process security requests regarding malware and vulnerabilities
- •Lift and set up computer equipment as required
