Requirements

  • Completed IT training or comparable qualification
  • IT operations, support, applications, infrastructure experience
  • International experience and cross-cultural comfort
  • Expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID
  • Experience with cloud applications and Azure VMs
  • Solid networking knowledge, especially Cisco Meraki
  • Experience with Veeam and Azure Backup solutions
  • Familiarity with Sophos and Defender for Endpoint
  • PowerShell scripting experience (strong plus)
  • Fluent German and English; additional languages advantageous
  • Initiative, commitment, strong organizational skills
  • Independent and structured work approach

Tasks

  • Ensure efficient IT operations
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support to 400 EMEA users
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID
  • Administer Active Directory and cloud applications
  • Support client hardware including laptops and printers
  • Assist with Cisco Meraki and Sophos network management
  • Maintain server and workstation backups with Veeam and Azure
  • Monitor organizational security and compliance
  • Drive IT projects for migrations, automation, and security
  • Register and document incidents and changes
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues in Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and China
