- Liaise with vendors for license renewals
- Manage the Microsoft O365 environment
- Implement security policies and user access controls
- Provide technical support and training on O365 tools
- Review and optimize SharePoint storage usage
- Define and enforce data retention and deletion policies
- Ensure compliance with data lifecycle management standards
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for IT incidents
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for reliable services
- Identify opportunities to automate IT processes
- Stay current with technology trends and recommend improvements
