Description

In this role, you will manage the network infrastructure and Microsoft O365 environment, ensuring security and compliance while providing support and training to users. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, optimizing resources, and collaborating with teams to enhance IT services.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• •4 - 5 years of experience in IT administration
• •Hands-on experience with license lifecycle management
• •Proven track record in SharePoint administration and data lifecycle management
• •Strong knowledge of enterprise networking
• •Extensive experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure administration
• •Familiarity with SharePoint storage management and data governance
• •Experience with license management tools and processes
• •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Tasks

• •Administer and optimize the network infrastructure
• •Ensure network reliability, performance, and security
• •Troubleshoot and resolve network issues
• •Maintain network documentation and inventory
• •Oversee software license procurement and management
• •Track license usage and ensure compliance
• •Liaise with vendors for license renewals
• •Manage the Microsoft O365 environment
• •Implement security policies and user access controls
• •Provide technical support and training on O365 tools
• •Review and optimize SharePoint storage usage
• •Define and enforce data retention and deletion policies
• •Ensure compliance with data lifecycle management standards
• •Provide Tier 2/3 support for IT incidents
• •Collaborate with IT and business teams for reliable services
• •Identify opportunities to automate IT processes
• •Stay current with technology trends and recommend improvements
