End-to-end service ownership for low-code automation and app platforms supporting mobility solutions. Solid IT service management (ITIL) and provider management knowledge essential. 30 days vacation.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable field
- Several years of experience in Digital Workplace environment (technical & service management)
- Ideal knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in implementation, operation, development of global IT services
- Solid knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL), contract/provider management, financial aspects
- Clear and effective communication in German and English
- Enjoyment of teamwork and working with international stakeholders
Tasks
- Oversee end-to-end Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Define and measure service quality KPIs.
- Derive targeted improvement measures.
- Ensure stable and secure service operations.
- Manage external service providers effectively.
- Regulate collaboration contractually and operationally.
- Decide target technical architecture collaboratively.
- Monitor and optimize service delivery costs.
- Plan service budgets.
- Design global chargeback mechanisms.
- Monitor market trends and technological developments.
- Identify early innovation and transformation opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate technical and organizational transformation activities.
- Collaborate with business and global IT teams.
- Ensure optimal Power Automate and Power Apps use.
- Ensure needs-based Power Automate and Power Apps use.
