  • Dokumentation präzise führen, um Vorfälle nahtlos weiterverarbeiten zu können
  • Incidents eigenverantwortlich mit Runbooks und Playbooks meistern
  • Komplexe Fälle perfekt aufbereitet an Level-2 übergeben
