Tasks

• •Promote core values and ethical behavior

• •Ensure provisioning of RPA, BPM, CM, and Business Rules
• •Manage workforce and succession planning for key positions
• •Oversee hiring and approval for management and specialists
• •Manage vendor and license agreements
• •Define and improve Target Operating Models for platforms
• •Align with stakeholders across business and IT architecture
• •Manage budgeting and cost for operations and competence center
• •Leverage near-shoring for cost efficiency
• •Own delivery for projects and small IT orders
• •Oversee risk management and governance exceptions
• •Track architectural debts and vulnerabilities
• •Focus on achieving optimal outcomes for internal clients
