- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
Tasks
- Lead project planning and execution for O2C improvement initiatives
- Manage implementation of sales order management systems
- Enhance customer data management processes
- Oversee credit and invoicing workflows
- Ensure billing accuracy and ERP integration
- Coordinate communications with customers and manage portals
- Identify and resolve pain points in the O2C process
- Facilitate workshops to map current and future processes
- Build relationships with regional and functional leads
- Act as a key contact for IT, consultants, and business users
- Develop project plans, risk registers, and communication plans
- Track progress against KPIs like DSO and billing cycle times
- Manage budgets, vendor deliverables, and change requests
- Design and document standard operating procedures and training materials
- Ensure effective change management through training and communication
- Champion adoption of harmonized O2C processes and data practices
