Description

As an IT Project Manager for Order to Cash, you will drive the transformation of processes across various systems while collaborating with teams in Commercial, Finance, and IT. This role involves managing projects, enhancing workflows, and ensuring effective communication to optimize the O2C process.

Requirements

• •7+ years of project management experience
• •Certification and experience in Waterfall and Hybrid
• •Experience leading Order to Cash, Quote to Cash, or Commercial Operations process improvement
• •Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce)
• •Strong analytical and process mapping skills
• •Proven success delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget
• •Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• •Fluency in English
• •Experience with e-invoicing, customer self-service portals, or RPA
• •Understanding of master data governance, especially customer and pricing data
• •Certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) or Agile methodologies
• •Experience working in B2B services or hygiene/manufacturing industries
• •Structured, logical thinker who can work independently
• •Ability to manage ambiguity and lead teams through change
• •High attention to detail combined with a practical problem-solving mindset
• •Excellent communicator, both verbal and written

Tasks

• •Lead project planning and execution for O2C improvement initiatives
• •Manage implementation of sales order management systems
• •Enhance customer data management processes
• •Oversee credit and invoicing workflows
• •Ensure billing accuracy and ERP integration
• •Coordinate communications with customers and manage portals
• •Identify and resolve pain points in the O2C process
• •Facilitate workshops to map current and future processes
• •Build relationships with regional and functional leads
• •Act as a key contact for IT, consultants, and business users
• •Develop project plans, risk registers, and communication plans
• •Track progress against KPIs like DSO and billing cycle times
• •Manage budgets, vendor deliverables, and change requests
• •Design and document standard operating procedures and training materials
• •Ensure effective change management through training and communication
• •Champion adoption of harmonized O2C processes and data practices
