- Provide ongoing third-level technical support for relevant applications
- Oversee implementation and optimization of the Product Lifecycle Management solution
- Collaborate with teams to support ongoing development and system improvements
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communication
- Ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors
