- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
- Strong understanding of backend development, APIs, and DDD
- Solid understanding of SAFe (team and program level)
- Strong requirements analysis, story slicing, prioritization
- Quality mindset (testability, NFRs, DoR/DoD)
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Very good English communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional development team
- Strong analytical and creative mindset
- Willingness to familiarize with new topics
- Genuine interest in e-mobility industry
- Prior experience with backend systems or DDD is a plus
Tasks
- Maximize value delivered by agile team
- Collaborate with Business Owners and Product Management
- Translate features into detailed user stories
- Create and maintain product backlog
- Prioritize backlog for incremental releases
- Define functional and non-functional acceptance criteria
- Ensure testability of user stories
- Provide transparency on scope, status, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate with other Product Owners for integration
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies
- Track progress during sprints
- Address production issues
- Analyze internal stakeholder preferences and requests
