Requirements

• •Fluent German and good English knowledge
• •Recommended VMWARE VCP Certification

Tasks

• •Monitor IT servers and systems
• •Assess system data, errors, and reports
• •Identify areas for improvement and repair
• •Determine necessary system and server upgrades
• •Direct IT technicians and subcontractors
• •Assess department needs and inquiries
• •Develop technician schedules
• •Create IT policies and procedures
• •Develop Service Level Agreements and Operation Level Agreements
• •Write guides for users and technicians
• •Resolve escalated help desk issues
• •Negotiate contracts with IT service providers
• •Compare vendor bids against the budget
• •Manage updates and upgrades for IT systems
• •Support data migrations and system upgrades
• •Optimize upgrade processes and monitor stability
• •Manage directory infrastructure and AGG domains
• •Monitor and secure AGG domains
• •Create and check Group Policy compliance
• •Manage trust relationships and schema
• •Implement security templates and LAPS management
• •Ensure Windows Server licensing compliance
• •Define images for virtual and physical servers
• •Align server hardware with support contracts
• •Request IP configurations and firewall rules
• •Implement attribute changes in Ping Federate
• •Update and maintain Ping Identity software
• •Participate in French Service Owner meetings
• •Manage VMware and Nutanix virtualization products
• •Implement virtualization architecture designs
• •Conduct system audit reviews
• •Manage server capacity and disaster recovery planning
• •Design and manage Citrix environments
• •Develop hardware infrastructure for Citrix farms
• •Configure and administrate Citrix ADC and NetScaler
• •Develop application and virtual desktop provisioning
• •Manage WSUS and TRELLIX instances
• •Define and test update plans
