You will lead IT operations across the DACH and EEC regions, balancing strategic vendor management with hands-on infrastructure support to ensure seamless business continuity for the company.

Requirements

• •Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• •5+ years IT management experience
• •Knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security
• •Experience in vendor management and continuous improvement
• •Ability to use data and KPIs
• •Experience in global, multicultural environments
• •Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• •Proactive problem-solving and change management skills
• •Experience in budget management and cost-efficiency
• •Commitment to quality service and collaboration
• •Fluency in German and English
• •Willingness to travel occasionally
