Tasks
- Provide oversight and expertise on IT, data, and AI compliance
- Ensure compliance with DORA, EU AI Act, BCBS 239, and other regulations
- Contribute to reports for senior management and governance committees
- Manage and analyze compliance risks from a second-line perspective
- Develop and implement compliance risk mitigation strategies
- Offer subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders
- Maintain the Compliance Program focusing on IT, Data, and AI risk
- Advise senior management and first-line functions on IT, Data, and AI risks
- Identify and highlight potential regulatory concerns
- Challenge the effectiveness of regulatory risk management controls
- Ensure compliance with IT operational resilience, data management, and reporting accuracy
- Perform compliance risk assessments and second-level control testing
- Implement corrective actions for non-compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address identified risks
- Enhance digital resilience and data protection capabilities
- Establish and enforce governance policies and procedures
- Work with IT, Data, Security, and Legal teams on data governance
- Ensure comprehensive data lineage, classification, and access control
- Develop and deliver training on IT, AI compliance, and data governance
- Define and monitor key metrics and reporting frameworks
- Report on compliance initiatives, risks, and improvement efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory updates
- Act as the main Compliance contact for regulators
- Manage stakeholder relationships and regulatory submissions
- Facilitate external audits and transparent communication
- Collaborate with senior leadership to embed regulatory compliance
