  • •Prozesse in Vertrieb, Service und Marketing analysieren und optimieren
  • •Cloud-basierte CRM-, Marketing- und Customer-Satisfaction-Lösungen konfigurieren und weiterentwickeln
  • •CRM-Systeme über REST- und SOAP-APIs integrieren
  • •In Projekten mitarbeiten sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung durchführen
