Requirements
- •3+ years experience as IT Business Analyst or comparable role
- •PMI-PBA® or IIBA-CBAP certification as a strong plus
- •Proven experience owning and coordinating UAT cycles
- •Strong understanding of enterprise system landscapes and architecture
- •Experience managing structured requirements and change processes
- •Ability to translate complex technical topics for business
- •Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- •Experience in PMO or project environments as a strong advantage

Tasks
- •Lead and coordinate end-to-end UAT activities
- •Define test scenarios and test cases
- •Support execution and track defects
- •Collaborate with stakeholders using Jira tools
- •Document traceable UAT results and governance
- •Align testing with IT General Controls
- •Manage change requests from business feedback
- •Translate needs into functional requirements
- •Assess impacts across Salesforce and SAP
- •Identify dependencies and support solution design
- •Document and maintain the IT system landscape
- •Map integrations, data flows, and ownership
- •Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions
- •Communicate system impacts and testing outcomes
