- Administer user permissions and conduct regular audits

- Enhance workflows, automations, and dashboards
- Maintain Confluence structure and permissions
- Serve as the primary contact for internal users
- Support license management for Google Workspace, M365, and SaaS tools
- Evaluate and implement new tools
- Roll out security measures and IT policies
- Document and update processes
