Requirements
- Academic degree in IT, Business Informatics, Supply Chain, or comparable
- Several years of IT Application Management experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and systems (advantageous)
- Proven IT project and service management experience
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, reliable, and proactive working style
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%
- Thrive in international, multicultural, decentralized environment
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- Ability to inspire others with ideas and vision
Tasks
- Manage lifecycle of global logistics IT applications
- Work closely with IT and business teams
- Support customers on innovative solutions
- Manage and support company-wide logistics applications
- Translate business needs into SAP process designs
- Contribute to global SAP template evolution
- Perform SAP customizing activities
- Coordinate test cycles
- Create and maintain documentation
- Support key user training
- Collaborate with Supply Chain stakeholders
- Improve end-to-end process performance
- Coordinate external partners for high-quality delivery
- Troubleshoot issues and provide 2nd/3rd-level support
- Act as a trusted advisor to business partners
- Support global and local key user networks
- Handle project management tasks
