Requirements

  • •Experience in troubleshooting and IT support
  • •Experience in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
  • •Strong knowledge of various operating systems
  • •Exceptional teamwork skills and ability to convey technical information clearly
  • •Experience in software deployments
  • •Administration of Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence etc.)
  • •High level of customer orientation and communication skills
  • •Fluency in English and German
