Requirements
- •Degree in computer science, training in IT, or comparable qualification
- •Experience in IT support level one and two
- •Familiarity with Windows, ideally with Linux or MAC OS
- •Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
- •Good knowledge of M365 and Microsoft administrative portals
- •Interest in new IT developments
- •Basic maintenance capabilities on PC hardware
- •Fluency in English and enjoyment of working in an international team
- •High motivation and self-organization
Education
Bachelor's degree

Vocational certification
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers
- •Manage and support virtualization environments, especially Hyper-V
- •Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions like Intune and Jamf
- •Ensure the security and integrity of the company infrastructure
- •Perform system hardening of ground control stations
- •Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues for seamless connectivity
- •Provide day-to-day helpdesk support for end-users
- •Support and maintain Windows, Apple, and Linux operating systems
- •Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical users
