  • Erfahrung Anwendersupport, Analyse Hard- und Softwareprobleme

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse

Tasks

  • First- und Second-Level-Support für Hard- und Softwareanfragen betreuen
  • IT-Hardware installieren, einrichten und supporten
  • Virtualisierte IT-Infrastruktur auf VMware-Basis administrieren
  • Virtualisierte IT-Infrastruktur auf VMware-Basis überwachen
  • Virtualisierte IT-Infrastruktur auf VMware-Basis weiterentwickeln
  • Windows- und Linux-Systeme (Client & Server) konfigurieren
  • Windows- und Linux-Systeme (Client & Server) warten
  • An IT-Security und Informationssicherheit mitwirken
  • Den Systembetrieb mit internen Fachbereichen abstimmen
  • Den Systembetrieb mit externen IT-Dienstleistern abstimmen
  • Prozesse, Netzwerke und Systemkonfigurationen dokumentieren
