Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in ICT, data center, or solutions
- Proven business and technology leadership track record
- Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, edge, AI/ML, cybersecurity
- Experience leading and developing sales/pre-sales teams
- Strong commercial acumen and technical expertise
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Established network in Swiss enterprise and public sector
- Fluency in German and English (French is a plus)
- Strategic, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset
Tasks
- Lead ISG business and define go-to-market strategy
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
- Drive business growth in servers, storage, cloud, edge, AI/ML, and TruScale
- Lead and inspire sales and pre-sales teams
- Manage forecasting, pipeline, and business planning
- Collaborate cross-functionally with One Lenovo approach
- Define and execute local technology vision
- Translate technology trends into customer-centric solutions
- Advise customers on digital and infrastructure transformation
- Represent Lenovo at industry events and engagements
- Oversee and resolve technical escalations
