Tasks
- Provide quality technology support
- Collaborate with Help Desk team
- Maintain department image and credibility
- Support computer replacements for end users
- Manage lifecycle of end user systems
- Handle help desk requests from ticketing system
- Resolve help desk requests to completion
- Support walk-up technical requests
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware
- Organize equipment inventory
- Recycle equipment inventory
