- Established network in the European renewable energy sector
- Eagerness to leverage network for deal execution
- Fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, or Dutch (ideal)
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Adaptability to changing priorities
