Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in the investment sector
  • •Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • •Possession of an established network within the sector

  • •Excellent analytical skills and flexibility

Tasks

  • •Screen and evaluate equity direct investment opportunities in infrastructure
  • •Focus on energy transition, sustainable transport, digital, and essential infrastructure
  • •Conduct financial modeling, valuations, and due diligence for investment viability
  • •Lead comprehensive due diligence workstreams as part of a deal team
  • •Prepare and present materials for the investment committee
  • •Coordinate the investment process with internal stakeholders
  • •Assist in structuring processes and negotiating transaction documents
  • •Collaborate with the asset management team during post-closing handover
  • •Contribute to the development of investment strategies for institutional clients
  • •Fundraise for infrastructure equity products
  • •Stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes
  • •Organize regular catch-up calls with key partners and external advisors
