Tasks

  • Act as Deal Champ for acquisitions and disposals
  • Own internal and external coordination and organization
  • Ensure compliance with procedures
  • Lead negotiations
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout transactions
  • Identify and evaluate real estate transaction opportunities
  • Present opportunities to align with P3-portfolio strategy
  • Optimize transaction value
  • Build relationships with real estate players
  • Generate leads for acquisitions and disposals
  • Manage leads and administrative processes
  • Coordinate dataroom activities using P3-Tools
  • Monitor and report transaction progress
  • Drive transactions to completion
  • Gather and analyze market comparables and reports
  • Conduct market research and site tours
  • Collect market intelligence
  • Prepare non-binding offer letters and letters of intent
  • Create offering memoranda and deal presentations
  • Develop transaction documentation
  • Generate cash flow projections
  • Prepare internal committee approval materials

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
