Requirements

  • Student from leading business school/university
  • Internship experience in real estate equity/investment banking
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent English and German working proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames accurately
  • Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms/concepts
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, eagerness to learn
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and communicate frequently

Tasks

  • Conduct real estate valuation analysis
  • Model cash flows
  • Perform market research
  • Analyze technical and CapEx requirements
  • Assist in investment decision-making
  • Prepare investment memoranda
  • Support due diligence processes
  • Facilitate deal execution

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
