Requirements

  • Student from leading business school or university
  • Previous internship in real estate equity or investment banking
  • Strong analytical, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent English and German working proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames accurately
  • Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and communicate frequently

Tasks

  • Conduct real estate valuation analysis
  • Model cash flows
  • Perform market research
  • Analyze technical and CapEx requirements
  • Assist in investment decision-making through various analyses
  • Prepare investment memoranda for committees
  • Support due diligence processes
  • Assist in deal execution

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Business Fluent
