Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related fields
- Relevant work experience from internships or working student roles
- Proficient analytical, technical, and writing skills
- Very good knowledge of standard MS Office applications
- Strong Excel skills advantageous
- Strong German fluency (written and verbal)
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
- Very high analytical competence
- Eagerness to learn and contribute
- Open-mindedness for various projects
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Professional and credible dealings with senior executives and external partners

Tasks
- Support budget planning and cashflow analyses using portfolio model
- Create hold/sell analyses
- Assist in property, financial, and corporate analysis
- Support strategic management of real estate investments
- Collaborate with portfolio management and Luxembourg fund teams
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial and non-financial reports
- Assist in investor reporting and presentation preparation
- Handle cross-functional and international projects
- Ensure quality on large data sets
- Support transaction processes for asset acquisition and disposal
- Conduct quality assurance in data rooms
- Assist with internal and external approval processes
- Interact with professionals in Transaction, Asset Management, and Corporate Finance
