Requirements

  • Master’s degree and 3+ years experience in investment banking, project finance, infrastructure development, or energy sector
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modelling capabilities
  • Good understanding of legal points from investment/financing view
  • Proven experience or strong interest in energy sector
  • Strong communication skills for articulating complex financial concepts
  • Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking mindset
  • Proficiency in German and English

Tasks

  • Craft solid business cases for PV, storage, and new energy solutions
  • Ensure projects are bankable and well-structured
  • Shape new propositions from carports to EV charging
  • Use financial insights to turn concepts into viable investments
  • Integrate technical, commercial, legal, and operational elements
  • Create clear project structures and portfolio-level models
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities in project agreements
  • Communicate financial insights to support informed decisions
  • Track investment decisions against operational performance
  • Analyze variances and provide outlooks on portfolio profitability
  • Report on portfolio profitability and strategic steering
  • Manage investments across the full lifecycle
  • Collaborate with project teams and broader investment perspectives
  • Cover structuring, financing, and overall value case
