Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics or related field with strong GPA
- At least 3 years of work experience in Private Equity Investing, Corporate Finance, Banking, or M&A position
- Proven track record of building relationships and managing foreign business executives and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, concepts, modelling, and valuation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
- High level of curiosity, strong discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to integrate rapidly and work effectively in a global team
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, driven, and proactive
- Proficiency in Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint
Tasks
- Proactively identify new investment opportunities
- Qualify inbound leads by meeting with entrepreneurs
- Evaluate new investment opportunities through market research
- Conduct product reviews and competitive analysis
- Analyze metrics and customer/user reviews
- Assist in negotiating transactions with potential acquisitions
- Create investment conclusions and presentations for management
- Liaise with legal and finance departments for M&A execution
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Prepare technical reports communicating review findings
- Stay informed on market trends in mergers and acquisitions
- Ensure M&A initiatives comply with legal regulations
- Assist and mentor Analysts in M&A activities
- Identify and mitigate potential acquisition risks
