- •Strong academic background in Business, Finance, or Economics
- •Robust financial modelling and KPI analysis skills
- •Knowledge of real asset classes and familiarity with asset allocation, risk-return, and performance frameworks
- •Exposure to portfolio management, value creation initiatives, and asset controlling
- •Strong communication skills and ability to present complex insights clearly to senior stakeholders
- •Fluency in English, German preferred

- •High ownership, resilience, and collaborative spirit

- •Enhance investment tools, processes, and reporting standards
